Steve came to our house as we have had a few mice recently. He was very thorough and clearly explained one time visits vs yearly contract. He made a few recommendations regarding trap placement and areas mice like to usually come in. With the way he describes the program it is a no brainer to sign up for the yearly contract. We still have them I'm very upset we waited outside for 8 hours and came back in just to find a total of 8 beadbugs still in cloth and in floor I'm very hurt and pissed I have kids and grandkids living here and now it ain't even 133 am am I'm waiting to call and complain ain't even been 24 hours I'm so upset so I just kept in container and will call and show in the morning
